Winemaking: Produced by prozymotiki extract and fermented in the 16th C, in order to strengthen the complex aroma

Tasting notes: A wine with bright, yellow color, pleasant acidity, round, isoropimeni structure and long aftertaste. Intense aromatic potential, with lively, fruity character that shows the diversity of origin, as well as some citrus notes of white fruit, peach, etc. or even honey.

Harmony of flavors : Accompany white meats, seafood and fish, pasta with white sauce, makedonian pies. You may also attach to varieties of fruits, cheeses and semi-hard .
